Optimizing Marketing Leadership: Power BI Dashboards for Team Collaboration and Campaign Performance

As part of this week's project, I decided to adopt a strategy similar to the one employed during the recent Power BI Hackathon and first of all created a business persona. The choice fell on the Marketing Team Lead. Who I named Alex.
Meet the persona: Alex leads a team of digital marketers responsible for planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns. He oversees the strategic direction of the marketing efforts and collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Needs: Alex wants to track team performance, like who's doing what, how tasks are progressing, and when they need to be completed. Additionally, he wants to assess how successful their marketing campaigns are and whether they're generating enough revenue

I generated mock data and tailored two dashboards based on the requirements

The Team Collaboration Dashboard aimed to facilitate communication, collaboration, and project management within the marketing team. It allows tracking the progress of tasks, monitors workload distribution, tracks project timelines, and assesses communication patterns.

The Campaign Performance and ROI Dashboard offers insights into marketing campaign effectiveness and return on investment. It provides detailed analysis of individual campaigns, displays key metrics, and allows for easy tracking and comparison over time and across different channels.
