The Data School has some of the best Tableau and Alteryx consultants to help maximise the return on your team's license investment.
Data School consultants are available for 6 months at a time throughout the year from London, UK and Sydney, Australia.
Recruiting from a wide range of backgrounds, the Data School trains people to use Tableau and Alteryx - best-in-class business intelligence tools - before placing them with some of The Information Lab’s best clients, such as UBS, PwC, LNER and Inmarsat.
The Data School is part of The Information Lab in the UK and MIP in Australia, which are award winning partners of both Tableau and Alteryx. Whether in London or in Sydney, you will learn from consultants and coaches with many years of experience.
If you do not feel supported, you will not be in a great place to learn. At the Data School there are no dumb questions and everyone is encouraged to help each other. We match this ethos with a robust internal support structure ensuring you are supported throughout your time with us.
We believe learning and starting a new career should not be limited to those who can afford to spend years at an unpaid internship. You will be paid the same on your first day of training as when you are a full time data consultant helping our awesome clients.
Personal growth and development, looking after our employees’ wellbeing and a strong, supportive internal culture have helped us gain 3 stars in The Sunday Times’ Best 100 Small Companies awards for 2 years running.
All our passion, our innovation, and our love of data comes from our team. Everyone is given the space and support they need to develop and be the best they can be.
Both Tableau and Alteryx have some of the most active and helpful users in the entire data community. At The Data School we really appreciate the awesome resource that is available to help us learn and everyone at The Data School is encouraged to give back. Many of the team have become well known community champions, enabling them to progress into some amazing roles once they leave us.
It is hard to discover new interests without the freedom to explore. Our structured learning will ground you in Tableau and Alteryx, but where you develop after that can be up to you; whether honing visual design, investigating cartography or developing coding and data science skills, there will be space for you to find and develop your passion.
One day you will leave The Data School, but we will never say "Goodbye". On the day you move onto your next role you'll join our ever growing community of data lovers who've gone before you. We'll even provide the online community so you're never too far away from past friends and colleagues.
The Data School alumni have gone on to work across a variety of different industries in a number of different roles, from building storm warning systems to protect business assets to analyse some of the world's best footballers. Some of them have also stayed with us, reaching Zen Master or Alteryx Ace status as consultants or branching off and founding new offices! Most importantly, many of them have also come from different careers, and used their new found expertise at The Data School to join new industries entirely, or to return and revolutionise.
We are always accepting applications and you may apply for any open cohort at any time. When applying, be sure to specify if you are applying for the February, June or October cohort. Please be sure you are registered on our mailing list to receive all of the details.
