Dynamic Sorting

Dynamic sorting allows users to interact with the data by applying various filters simultaneously. Say you want to see how sales, profit, quantity and average discount vary within each category (see below).

Now that's pretty cool, right?! So let me explain how this is achieved using parameters and calculated fields.

First things first, create your parameters - they should look something like this:

Then create your calculated fields using the parameters above:
