Yana is skilled in various areas and loves working with data and solving problems strategically. Graduating with degrees in Public Administration and Law in 2014, she embarked on a rewarding career as an insolvency lawyer, where she honed her skills for over seven years, eventually becoming a licensed insolvency practitioner.
In her previous role, Yana worked extensively with companies across various sectors such as trade, construction, and production. Her experience enabled her to develop a strategic mindset, adept at identifying and analysing complex problems to provide effective solutions. Her deep interest in economic and financial analysis, particularly in the context of bankruptcy, led her to pivot her career toward data analysis.
Transitioning into the Information Lab, Yana has engaged in diverse client experiences, collaborating with renowned organizations such as the mobile operator Three, record company Beggars Group, and the award-winning ed-tech company Taleemabad. She has also undertaken placements with industry giants like energy company EDF and Jeld-Wen, a leading manufacturer of windows and doors.
In addition to client engagements, Yana is involved in Tableau training, content creation, and social media outreach, including producing YouTube videos.
