Vaish is a data-driven consultant who uses analysis and strategy to help people and organisations make better decisions. She has over three years of experience working across the education, media, construction and F&B sectors.
Through her work in healthcare architecture and her volunteer role as Head of Marketing for an academic journal, Vaish developed an interest in the strategic side of projects and how decisions influence outcomes. These experiences sparked a curiosity about human behaviour, communication and the factors that drive engagement and performance. Combined with seven years of tutoring experience, they also strengthened her ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
After studying Architecture at the University of Bath, Vaish moved into marketing at a London-based SME, where she supported the development and implementation of marketing strategies across the diverse industries, while measuring performance through key metrics and insights.
Over time, she became increasingly interested in the analytical side of strategy and the role data plays in shaping better decisions. Following a period of travel, she developed technical skills across programming languages and data visualisation tools, strengthening her ability to prepare, analyse and communicate data effectively.
She now applies these skills at the Information Lab, combining analysis, strategy and storytelling to help organisations make better decisions.
