Vaish studied Architecture at the University of Bath. While interning at a healthcare architecture practice and volunteering as Head of Marketing for an academic journal during university, she became interested in the strategic side of projects and how decisions influence outcomes. These experiences sparked a curiosity about human behaviour, communication and what leads to stronger engagement and performance.
After graduating, she moved into marketing at an SME, supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies across education, construction, fintech and F&B industries, helping measure performance through key metrics.
During this time she became increasingly interested in the analytical side of strategy and the role data plays in shaping better decisions. After a period of travelling, she began developing technical skills in SQL, Tableau, R and Python to strengthen her ability to prepare, analyse and visualise data.
Outside of work Vaish enjoys playing and coaching netball, and painting murals.
