Tyler Green

Tyler holds a First Class Honours BSc in Neuroscience from Middlesex University. His final dissertation, a systematic review and meta-analysis, assessed the UK healthcare system’s approach to antidepressant prescription. Through this work, he explored how data can inform more personalised and effective mental health care, challenging conventional practices and highlighting the potential of evidence-based psychological interventions.

Tyler has worked across a range of sectors, from education to finance and community support. As a clinician, he taught English comprehension to children and adults on the autism spectrum, applying neuropsychological techniques to improve understanding and communication. He later worked full-time in a financial position at a London-based charity, where he managed bookkeeping, supported new employee onboarding, and facilitated pay negotiations to help staff meet their financial needs. These experiences strengthened his analytical thinking, adaptability, and ability to translate complex information into practical solutions.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys creative and mindful pursuits. He writes and produces his own music, and has a long-standing interest in meditation and psychology. He also enjoys running and going to the gym.
