Tulsi Majithia

Tulsi graduated with a master’s degree in computer science from the university of Warwick. Prior to joining the information lab, she worked as an application developer in the healthcare industry.

As a part of her job, she was developing old fashioned SQL statistical reports for the clients. During this time, she came across the world of data analytics and got highly interested to explore it. She started by learning the tableau. After discovering the power of Tableau, Tulsi figured out the best place to grow and develop further would be at The Information Lab. She really wanted to understand the creative visualization and effective storytelling through the data.

Tulsi has been on first and second placement with digital marketing team at State Street. She extensively worked on Tableau dashboards and Alteryx facilitating to evaluate the success and value of their digital marketing initiatives, identify trends and patterns over time and make data-driven decisions. She also helped other teams with ETL data migration. During her placement, she carried out group trainings for team members to enhance their Tableau and Alteryx skills.

Outside of work Tulsi enjoys cooking, traveling, and listening to the music. She also likes spending time with friends and throwing dinner party with homecooked meals.
