Toby graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Banking and Finance with French. During his previous roles in Finance and Recruitment, he witnessed businesses leveraging data to automate processes and drive performance, inspiring him to pursue a career in Data Analytics.
During his time at the Data School, Toby has collaborated with clients across an array of industries ranging from the retail and public sectors to Champions League football teams. His client involvements include building and presenting Tableau dashboards to key stakeholders for product quality assurance and cost reduction purposes, as well as player recruitment dashboards. His ability extends beyond data visualisation. Notable contributions include conducting advanced data preparation tasks for clients, such as API integration in Alteryx, JSON parsing in SQL, workflow automation, and data management in Snowflake and Tableau Server.
Outside the office, he enjoys football, winter sports and wondering if he'll ever break 90 on the golf course.
