He was first introduced to the world of data and analytics during his studies at King’s College London (BSc Psychology) & The London School of Economics and Political Science (MSc Organisational and Social Psychology). During his dissertations, Tobin discovered how much he enjoyed uncovering insights from data, something that closely aligned with his long-standing love of working with numbers. The opportunity at The Data School to combine data analysis with delivering actionable insights to clients was therefore a natural next step.
At The Data School, Tobin has developed strong skills in both business intelligence and data preparation tools, while also gaining experiencing leading and project-managing a team of fellow consultants. He recently achieved the Alteryx Designer Core certification and has delivered training sessions to professionals on the fundamentals of the software. He is currently working towards the Salesforce Tableau Data Analyst Certification.
Outside of work, Tobin is a keen field hockey player, competing weekly for a local London side. He also enjoys cooking and discovering new bakeries around the city with friends.
