Sean Fei is a Data Analytics Consultant at The Information Lab, passionate about data cleaning and visualization.
Prior to joining The Information Lab, Sean graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2025 with degrees in Computer Science and Business. After graduating, he began working as a data analyst and marketing developer, where his passion for data storytelling and information gathering through visualization flourished.
Sean was later presented with the opportunity to further hone his skills at The Data School, where he now boasts an impressive list of methodologies and techniques including:
Dashboarding
Data cleaning and transformation
Web scraping
Data query
During his time at The Information Lab, Sean became highly skilled in data preparation software and tools, while continuing to refine previous skillsets. These include: Tableau, Tableau Prep, SQL, Python, DBML, and Excel. He has also established a balance between his technical skills and communication ability, and enjoys both individual and collaborative projects.
Outside of work, Sean loves to go to the gym and lift weights, as well as beatboxing in his spare time, where he recently released an album in collaboration with his acapella group.
