Sabrina Vazquez

Sabrina is a curious data analyst specializing in Tableau and Alteryx. Always looking for new challenges, she accepted a position at The Information Lab, prompting her move from Miami to New York City. Her dedication to data analysis and visualization, coupled with her curiosity, enables her to thrive in her field.

Placed at Vanguard for 6 months for her P1, Sabrina has experience working hands-on in a team environment. She aided in a Tableau Cloud Migration, delivered training sessions in Tableau and Tableau Prep, developed a Consultant Scorecard that replaced numerous dashboards and links and brought together multiple teams to a gold source visualization, she worked on developing BI Quality Assurance Best Practices guides, and worked on an automation project for ease of reporting exclusively on Tableau Prep.

Since her first placement, she has assisted in additional Tableau Cloud migrations, delivered on-site Tableau enablement sessions, delivered Doctor Sessions for individual companies, Tableau and Salesforce events, presented use cases of AI in data preparation to Tableau, all along with expanding her knowledge through upskilling in other software, such as SQL, to support her work along the multiple levels of the data analytics pipeline.

Her passion in data analytics is more recent and developed after she graduated from the University of Florida in 2021 where she majored in Economics and minored in Business Administration. Starting her career in billing at a law firm and later transitioning to a marketing role, Sabrina ultimately discovered she loved data most.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Sabrina enjoys traveling, trivia, running, good music and food. Ultimately, she aspires to leverage her knowledge to help businesses advance, teach others, and plans to reach her knowledge abroad.
