Saampave Sanmuhanathan

Saampave is experienced in working as a data validator, refining her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. She has utilised and expanded her data analysis skills during her employment on a dairy farm, where she analysed feeding patterns, weight and breed to spot abnormalities in the data. By doing this she was able to identify and treat sick or underdeveloped calves. She used RStudio and LaTeX throughout her degree.

She has expertise in Tableau, PBI, SQL and Alteryx. In particular, she enjoys working with Tableau Prep to clean datasets. She was able to apply her learning by organising a lesson plan to teach clients and members of the public basic and advanced Tableau concepts. The finance industry is where she sees herself working in the future. Saampave studied Mathematics at University of Glasgow.

Outside work, she enjoys crocheting and hiking. Her passion for travel led her to Australia and South Asia, where she immersed herself in diverse cultures and expanded her worldview. She used her proficiency in Tamil to connect with locals in South India.
