Priya Kondola

With a passion for problem solving, Priya specialises in data visualisation, creating data driven solutions while building relationships with clients. She has experience working with a range of clients from the sporting industry to the public sector. Particularly in Tableau, she has created a progress visualisation for diversity and inclusion targets and provided an overview of player performance in a league for recruitment purposes within the sporting industry. Similarly in Power BI, she has worked with sports teams to provide an overview of team performance with an opportunity to drill down into individual player performance. Priya is also skilled within data cleaning and preparation and has worked with Alteryx, Tableau Prep, SQL and DBT.

Priya completed a Politics and International Business degree which included a placement year working within a sales planning team. Here, Priya gathered and analysed data and regularly generated summary reports through Excel and Power BI to be distributed throughout the company.

Priya then worked as a Diversity and Inclusion consultant providing clients with advice on improving their overall people strategies. Specifically within this role, she advised clients with data collection and how to analyse this effectively to provide insights to formulate future strategies inspiring the decision to transition into data analytics.

Outside of work, Priya is a qualified Pilates instructor and is passionate about fitness as well as travel and reading.
