Naturally curious and drawn to understanding how things work, Mila took an unconventional route into data analytics. After starting her academic journey in Law, she later transitioned into International Management at King's College London, where she became increasingly interested in the connection between business, consumer behaviour, and decision-making.
Now working as a Data Analyst, she enjoys uncovering the stories hidden behind data and turning complex information into insights that actually matter. Her background in marketing and project management plays a big role in how she approaches analytics today — balancing commercial thinking with creativity and problem-solving. She’s particularly interested in understanding user behaviour, spotting patterns, and finding simple solutions to complicated problems.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through padel, tennis, and yoga — usually depending on whether she needs competition, focus, or a mental reset. She also has a genuine interest in digital products and spends far too much time exploring new apps, productivity tools, and startup ideas. Whether it’s testing a new platform, analysing why a product feels intuitive, or noticing the tiny details behind a good user experience, she’s fascinated by the way digital products shape everyday habits and behaviour.
