It’s all about versatility! Marcus brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to the table. His passion for the natural sciences began with his training as a physics laboratory technician and was further enriched by earning a Master of Engineering in biomedical engineering.

Sharing knowledge has always been a driving force. This passion led to roles as an IT trainer and fitness instructor. Through additional qualifications as a quality manager, he guided companies in improving their processes and optimizing quality management systems.

As a spa manager on a cruise ship, he mastered the organization of complex operations while honing skills in personnel management and customer service. His interest in technology never faded, inspiring him to complete a web development bootcamp. Now, he leverages his diverse expertise to help businesses structure and present their data effectively.

    Developed an Alteryx workflow to standardize and compare quality data from two evaluation systems using spatial data. Subsequently, a Tableau dashboard was designed to visualize whether the cleaning frequency directly impacted the cleanliness ratings of roads.

  • Consultancy for electricity and gas prices

    Developed a Tableau dashboard showcasing various electricity and gas pricing models along with their price trends over time, allowing for easy comparison. The client uses this dashboard to recommend the most suitable pricing tariff to their customers.

  • Company for delivery services

    Assisted in creating a Tableau dashboard that analyzes customer satisfaction based on survey data, with a primary focus on the Net Promoter Score. The dashboard is used internally to identify areas for improvement in the delivery process and to determine which delivery depots receive the highest and lowest ratings.

  • Marketing Solution Company

    Created a Tableau dashboard, including a mobile version, that provides users with insights into the performance of their products across various sales platforms. It also highlights whether sales initiatives have impacted the sales figures.
