Lucas Krokatsis

Lucas graduated from the University of Manchester in 2022 with a degree in Philosophy and Economics, building a strong foundation in critical thinking and problem-solving.


Having had a longstanding interest in and passion for the analytics space within football, Lucas was drawn to the Data School to gain practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of how data can be effectively leveraged across various industries and use cases.


Throughout his time at the Data School and two placements at Inmarsat, Lucas's passion for analytics, storytelling, and automation has flourished. He developed and optimised workflows using Alteryx, created efficient and informative Tableau dashboards, as well as gaining experience using SQL and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). His work had a significant impact on the Revenue Assurance team, achieving notable cost savings.


Lucas is an advanced Tableau and Alteryx user, achieving certifications in Tableau desktop, Alteryx Core, Advanced, and Machine Learning, solidifying his aptitude for data visualisation, preparation, and advanced analytics.


Lucas enjoys both collaborative and independent work environments, relishing challenges and opportunities with diverse teams. His adaptability and versatility allow him to contribute effectively to projects while taking initiative and working autonomously.
