Liam Wood

Having graduated with an MSc in Sports Performance Analysis, several roles across amateur and professional sport raised Liam’s awareness of data visualisation tools like Tableau.  Keen to develop his passion for analysis and data storytelling he came across the opportunity at The Information Lab via Rob Carroll’s website, thevideoanalyst.com.

After witnessing the power of Tableau and Alteryx at a Data School Meet and Greet, Liam was inspired to get started using Tableau Public, ultimately leading to his Data School (DS) application.

Liam holds the Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification, and throughout his time at the DS has implemented this knowledge with a range of clients across multiple industries; BCG, Mastercard & Johnson & Johnson among them. Through these experiences he has been successful in delivering high quality dashboards, consulting and training as well as strengthening his technical and interpersonal skills.
