Kate is originally from Ireland, where she graduated from Maynooth University with a Bachelors of Social Science Degree. During her time in Uni, Kate was introduced to basic Data Analytics skills like SPSS and this peaked her interest in Data. After graduating, she quickly moved her way into Public Health where she worked in the Surveillance of Infectious Diseases with focus on Data Entry, Data Analysis and Data Cleansing.
Apart from being an advanced user in Tableau, she also has proficient experience in using data preparation software such as Alteryx and Tableau Prep. She has also gained experience in Power BI and SQL.
In her free time, Kate loves playing and listening to music. She also enjoys watching football and cooking.
