Giorgia Astheimer

Giorgia joined the Data School after completing her studies in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout her academic journey, Giorgia had the opportunity to explore her passion for Mechanical Engineering by participating in three internships in diverse industries such as medical, liquor production, and materials testing. During her final year, she took on a project that involved designing and implementing a spring winding machine for the Engineering department. It was during this project that she discovered her love for data and analytics.

Giorgia's passion for art dates back to her childhood. Fortunately, working at The Information Lab has given her the opportunity to merge her creative and analytical skills. She thrives in a dynamic and diverse workplace, where she can work on creative and innovative projects. Giorgia is both an Alteryx Advanced User and a Tableau Certified Data Analyst.

For her placements, Giorgia has been a Data Analytics Trainer at PwC where she taught Alteryx, Tableau and Power BI and more recently a Tableau Developer at PCI Pharma.
