Erin excels in transforming data into actionable insights and optimizing strategies, with experience in both long-term projects and proof-of-concept work. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with surfing, swimming, and running. Erin is passionate about using her skills to deliver impactful data solutions for businesses.

Erin is a highly skilled data visualization expert with a strong passion for constantly challenging the status quo and pushing the boundaries of dashboard design and data processes. She excels at not only improving the look and feel of dashboards, but also at analyzing and refining underlying processes to drive efficiency and performance. Erin’s approach is rooted in asking the right questions—whether it’s rethinking the use of bar charts versus pie charts, optimizing color schemes, or streamlining data workflows. She thrives in environments where she can drive continuous improvement, and is eager to contribute to a team by implementing best practices that enhance both the design and performance of Tableau dashboards.

During her contract work with Vanguard, Erin led a project to incorporate Tableau Pulse into their Data Analytics team, significantly reducing the time to insights. By integrating Tableau Pulse, Erin enabled the team to proactively monitor key metrics and receive real-time alerts on data changes, allowing for faster, more informed decision-making. This initiative helped streamline workflows, improve responsiveness, and empower the team to take immediate action based on data-driven insights. Her efforts played a key role in optimizing their analytics processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of their operations.

In addition to her client work, Erin co-leads the Data+Women NYC user group. She holds a Master’s in Marketing with a focus in Analytics and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics, blending her passion for data-driven strategy with a strong analytical foundation to create impactful, results-oriented solutions.
