Beza transitioned to the Data School from a teaching background, where she dedicated two years to tutoring. Her teaching experience extended to private students in Mathematics, English, and Science, as well as providing support to students unable to attend mainstream educational institutions.
During her time, Beza has worked in diverse industries, ranging from Aviation and Sports Institutions to High-end Retail and Transport. These projects involved tasks such as data cleaning, connecting to APIs, creating interactive dashboards, and automating data extraction.
Beza's interest in data analytics blossomed during her time at the University of Nottingham, where she obtained a degree in Physics with Astrophysics. Early exposure to large datasets through her experimental work cultivated her passion, and she enjoyed applying her coding skills in MATLAB to create visualisations.
In her leisure time, Beza enjoys Salsa classes, roller skating and practicing Yoga.
