Ben joined the Data School following an academic and professional background in pharmaceuticals. He is an advanced user of Tableau/Alteryx and during his time at the Data School has helped clients across the financial & professional services industries make more informed, data-driven decisions.
He has worked as a Tableau/Alteryx Consultant for PwC and Vanguard for his first and second placements respectively.
Specific skills include:
- Extracting data from PDF's
- Automation of manual excel tasks
- Using RegEx to parse complex data inputs
- Building interactive Tableau Dashboards
- Creating customised Tableau & Alteryx training content
- SQL
- PowerBI
He has also been working on Snowflake & Python projects in his own time to broaden his technical skillset.
