Alexandra Skelly

Alexandra has a diverse background that combines her academic achievements in Marine Biology with her professional experience in Youth Management and Technology Recruiting. Her exposure to large datasets and experience in MATLAB and R during university work at Bangor University showcases her analytical skills.

Alexandra's time at the Data School has provided her with hands-on experience in utilising Power BI and Tableau, showcasing her proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and managing datasets. She has a good ability to work independently on dashboards as well as collaborating in group settings for client projects. Recently, she took on the responsibility of producing lesson plans and leading a teaching session on 'Interactivity in Power BI Desktop.' This initiative demonstrates her communication skills, subject matter expertise, and the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences, including members of the public and existing clients. She enjoys completing weekly challenges in Alteryx and attending the various data conferences in London when she can.

Her continuous love for the oceans and travel has led her to different scuba diving spots with the goal to one day dive with a Great White Shark. You will often find Alexandra in the gym during her free time.
