Louise Le
Head of Data Enablement, Aldermore Bank
Louise shares her story of transitioning from medical engineering to a career in data analytics. She was drawn to The Data School because of its unique approach to learning Tableau skills through hands-on projects and mentorship. Her experience with the school's training program laid the foundation for her future success.
As a Data School Consultant, Louise worked on various projects and developed her skills in visualization and analytics. She credits The Data School for providing her with the confidence and ability to pick up new tools quickly. After completing her placements, Louise joined Aldermore as a Performance Insights Manager and later became the Head of an Analytics Team. Her experience at The Data School enabled her to take on leadership roles and develop valuable skills in data enablement.
